A note on outcomes

Online Launch Maven and TrueLane™ provide guidance, assessments, and resources to help you clarify and act on an online income direction. They do not guarantee any specific income, result, or outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.

Payments & refunds

Sprints and services are scoped on a call or by email before any invoice is issued. Where a card payment is taken in connection with these services, it is processed by Paystack, our payment gateway. Paystack acts as a payment processor only; it is not the seller or merchant of record. Madelein Vermeulen (trading as Online Launch Maven) is the seller, and is responsible for invoicing, taxes, refunds, receipts, and any other merchant obligations arising from the sale.

Card and bank details are handled by Paystack and are not stored by Online Launch Maven. We only receive the transaction details needed to confirm payment and deliver the service.

Because sprints are scoped and delivered services rather than off-the-shelf products, fees are generally non-refundundable once work has begun. If work has not yet started, or in the case of a verifiable billing error, contact us at madelein@onlinelaunchmaven.com and we will work with you, and with Paystack where applicable, to resolve it fairly. Statutory consumer rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act are not excluded by this paragraph.
